In the above video on the scene following the accident, the deer was seen sitting on the road near a tow-truck.

Although it was reported that the deer was unscathed, the video apparently shows that it was injured.

Comments were also streaming in in the aftermath of the incident.

Ruey Jin, who took the video, said he was passing by the scene at around 4:48 am when he witnessed the scene.

“Saw a wild deer struggling in the middle of the road. Saw two cars involved in this accident and one of the cars damaged badly in front,” he said.

The police are still investigating the accident.
