It is said that anyone who has information on the address of where the dog and the man are located can come forward and contact the SPCA via their 24-hour hotline. Attached to the post are two pictures of the man in question.

A few viral videos have been circulating around the internet of a topless man who is seen abusing the dog by swinging it around by its hind legs and throwing punches to its head and stomach.
In all of the videos, the dog can be heard squealing helplessly.
In one of the clips, the dog has had its limbs tied together with the use of blue ropes and also has a band tied around its mouth.
Netizens have managed to identify the man in the video and have alerted the relevant authorities.
The SPCA has provided an update around noontime on Saturday, 18 July 2020, sharing that they have received information regarding the suspect’s identity and location. It is found that the dog is not under the care of the male suspect.
Authorities have since visited the unit and investigations are ongoing.
