A fellow SIM graduate pinned his thoughts on SIM Confessions website about his dilemma on his career life.

This is what he said on the post:

I graduated from SIM in 2015. That is almost 2 years ago and i sent out thousands of job application. i only received 4 interviews.

I didnt have high expectations. asking for 2.2k starting and willingly to work at SMEs. However a job is hard to come by.

I have been without a full time job for the past 2 years. I have took up a job stacking books as a part time librarian while i am hunting for a job. I earn $3 an hour and barely took home 1k a month.

I feel like a loser and wonder if my life will be lived out in this state forever. so hopeless… i feel that the world is so dark. really regret not studying hard and thus ended up at SIM.

i wonder if there is anything i can do to get out of this dark hole… i feel so sad and cold… i am seriously considering enrolling into ite to pick up a skill or two…
