Josephine was shock when she discovered a contractor was changing a door frame in her HDB flat at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4.
She found what looks like newspapers dated as far back as 1998 and it was found mixed with the cement that was supposed to be underneath the plastic door frames.
When the she consulted her contractor about what happened, he said that it was not the first time he has come across such a practice.
I find it ridiculous that such a thing actually happened
Should Singaporeans be worried about the building standards for our HDB flats? This is not the first time things found behind cements.
