Learn how to make Crispy skin salmon with potato crush

Recipe:

  • New potatos cover with cold water (Slimmer for 25 minutes)
  • Fresh Salmon (Cut half inch incisions)
  • Add Salt
  • Add Slice tomatoes in half
  • Chop fresh dill
  • Lemon (Remove top and bottom, Remove skin and pith) (Dice lemon)
  • Add Garlic
  • Add Butter
  • Add Salt
  • Crush , do not mash the potato
  • Cooking oil
