You have heard that Coney Island Singapore has open it’s doors to the public. Now, anyone and everyone can access the island via two link bridges that connect its two eastern and western ends.
Visitors can enter the island through the East Entrance by Pasir Ris Coast Industrial Park 6, off Lorong Halus or through the West Entrance at Punggol Promenade.

1. Bird Watching
Coney Island Park is the perfect place for bird watching. This is also a popular stopover for migratory birds.Camouflage in the bird hides or wait patiently from the forested trails. Enjoy what nature has to offer!
Bring your own or rent a bicycle from Punggol Point Park. Come cycle down the main Coney Island spine and experience nature on a ride.
Stroll along the boardwalk and observe the wildlife with a careful eye. You might just be able to capture a few good shots!
This 50 ha Coney Island Park is home to a wide variety of habitats, with many interesting and diverse flora and fauna, including several nationally threatened species. Explore the park and see what you can find.
Located near the West Entrance, we stumbled onto an Obstacle Course at the Casuarina Exploratory area.

Coney Island Park is home to a wide variety of habitats, including coastal forests, grasslands and mangroves. and casuarina woodlands. Some of plants found on the island are critically endangered, with some even presumed nationally extinct in the wild.

Apparently, there are five beaches, located along the northern coastline of the island. Do not expect a clean, clear and pristine beach. But the water is pretty clear (and cooling) though. Take note of sandflies please!

Bring your partner to the beach is a wonderful thing. You can interact with each other and spend quality time with each other.

How to get there: From Punggol interchange, take bus 84 to Punggol Point Park/Punggol Settlement. Walk about 500m east along the Punggol Promenade Nature Walk to get to Coney Island West Entrance.
